
Kat has functioned as a Systems Architect, Database Architect, Performance Specialist and other highly technical functions. With more than 35 years consulting experience in the management, design and implementation of large scale, high performance database systems, she is most recognized for her work in large database systems tuning, particularly Oracle, DB2 and Sybase, and client server implementations. Having written many articles and books on these topics, she is a frequent guest speaker at technical, DB2 and other user conferences, SHARE, and various industrial psychology conferences. She also teaches a full curriculum relating to the design, implementation and tuning of database product implementations.
Dylan has been with Solitaire Interglobal since May 1985. In the two decades that followed, he has worn many hats and held many positions from his initial position as an ah-hoc developer. Practially trained, Dylan has an in-depth understanding of the technologies involed with Solitaire, including integrating the wide variety of loaners and research platforms used to create the complicated models Solitaire uses for its development. He is also the primary developer of many of the models, formulas, and applications used both within the company and for customers.
Denise’s early career was spent working in the Chicago financial industry, working at such prestigious places as the Chicago Board of Trade and the Options Clearing Corporation. In that time she wore many hats, from forming the first help desk that the CBOT ever had, working on handheld wireless devices, being the technical liaison for the new building project and with her understanding of Operations, she formed the trading floor help desk, monitored trading halts, modified closes and all the things that can/and do “go wrong” in that type of environment. During her tenure she helped transition and support legacy systems and define many other operational components.
Tom has 14 years of experience in the computer industry. He has worked with a wide range of companies, which include IBM, Bank of America, Ameritech, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, the State of Illinois, and the Illinois Criminal Justice system. Although he's worked with many large companies, he's also worked with smaller companies as well, rounding out his view of the business world.
Since his humble beginnings in the technology industry in 1986, Greg has been passionate about both the technology and the business of information management. He has worked for IBM on the SmartSuite and Lotus Notes/Domino teams, and with GE Capital to develop content management, sales automation, and commerce consulting practices.
Bill began working the technology industry in 1990. Since that time his primary roles and responsibilities have been in business development and channel management. Beginning with work at GE Capital Consulting, developing and managing the relationship with IBM, and continuing on to work with a variety of technology solution providers in the consulting industry, Bill has been able to gain insight and experience in developing and maintaining diverse business partnerships.
